For those manufacturers not choosing Sponsorship, a vendor table is available at cost, in addition to a quantity of 300 items for giveaway.
Details
- Vendor spaces are 10 x 10. Canopies must be kept within the space allowed.
- Electricity will be provided for truck vendors (must provide us with your electrical needs) Table vendors must supply their own electricity. All table vendors will be provided with an 8-foot table (maximum of 2 per vendor). Participants are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tablecloths, display signs, tent weights, etc. Quiet generators (60 dB (decibels) or quieter) stationed on food trucks are permitted; loud generators (71 dB (decibels) or louder) are not permitted for the comfort of our eventgoers and other vendors. Food trucks and vendors with trailers must unhitch their trailers for this event and remove vehicles from the premises.
- Set-Up Time is 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. You must unload and move your vehicle before setting up, vehicles MUST be removed from the festival area by 11:00 AM.
- Event ends at 7:00 PM, no items may be moved until then.
- Damage or loss is the vendor’s responsibility and not that of Lite In The Ash LLC or Mount Airy Casino Resort and Spa.
- If a vendor is not able to attend the event, please contact Bertha Aiken at (917) 353-4796 by June 1st.
- All vendors are responsible for trash removal. Absolutely no trash can be left behind at vendor spaces.
*The enclosed application must be completed with full payment and insurance forms if available. Food Truck vendors include a copy of your driver’s license, insurance card and Serve Safe certificate.
You will receive an email confirmation once your application is accepted. You will also receive an email approximately seven to ten days before the event with all pertinent information for the festival
